Took out a contract with them last year a package of 100Gs a month, this month I only got 50Gs I called their customer care, was assisted by Nomphumelo who stated I was on a 50G contract and wanted to upgrade me. I refused and requested the voice log, she logged a case ***, I then got a call from an agent who states I did receive the 100Gs even though I did not. Sent numerous emails with no response.
