I app**** for a Cell C contract, and i got approved, recieved the phones, but devices was wrong, called the call centre the same day to inform them that the devices was wrong, the agent said that the opend a case and that the phones will be collected and the courier's will contact me. I waited and waited, and had to call again, when another agent told me the case was closed, i ask why and she said she did not know, i when through the process again amd eventually the courier picked up the phones, then debit orders went of my account, after the contract was cancelled. Had to call in again, the agent then said she does not know why the debit order is going off as on their side it shows cancelled. I had to email my bank statments to prove that Cell C took money off my account. I got a email on the 29th March to say they recieved my bank statment and that they will be in contact in 2 working days. It is the 15th April today, noby called from Cell C, no refund was done. And its almost month end again, so who knows if another debit order will go off again. Cell C is unprofessional and is taking money *****ulently from my account as the contract was cancelled the same day i recieved the phones. I want a refund of the money you took for the debit orders, bank fees and intrest for the period it took you to refund me.

Very disappointed in Cell C and will never do business with you again. If there was a option for zero stars, i would have given you a 0 rating.
