STEP UP OR STEP OUT CELL C

Most pathetic company. My phone was ****** on 27 July 2018, i called cell c for a sim swop, but they are obiviously so useless they cannot do a sim swop because "my account is in arrears" i was in a really horrific situation when i was ****** of my phone and other valubles. i explained my situation to cell c, but they have no concern to help their customers. i explained i required the number back in order to access my personal banking etc. i have been paying my contract and expect abit of help when faced with a difficult situation. STEP UP OR STEP OUT CELL C. THERE ARE OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS OFFERING MUCH MORE FOR LESS!!!!
