*****ing my money

I have been trying since June of 2015 to cancel 2 of my contracts with cell C, it finally got sorted out in the beginning of November (or so I thought). <br> They continued deducting money from my account every month and every month I try and cancel the contract, your staff just keeps on lying to me promising me my contracts are cancelled every time I try and call them but yet they keep on deducting money every month.<br> I got contacted by one of you staff members who told me I would be refunded if I could provide proof of previous cancellation. I sent him the email on the 17th of February and there has been no reply, and yet another deduction. Please sort out your business CellC I am fed up with you and I don't even use your services!
