*****ing my money

not a good company to deal with they take money off your account and all you do is wait empty promises just like the network they give you all this free gigs and you cant use it because there is no net work so every month they score because you cannot use the data but for now it is the money thing i cancelled my contract 2 months ago and they still take my money and every time it is will be back in your account in the next 3 working days it has been now 16 days and i am still waiting i have spoken to the manager in Knysna branch and to the area manager and to the complaints and all empty promises cell c don't know what the next one does and it all sounds like a recording tel ********** 086 Moses at customer we do care Mark the area manager for Knysna
