*****ing my money

Firstly the CEO is hiding behind a panel that handles the Hello Peter complaints. On 23 March 2015 I opened a new check account with Nedbank and on Thursday 26 March I went and collect my card, on Wednesday 01 April I went to the bank again to confirm that all my debit orders will go off between 28 April 2015 and 01 May 2015 between 23 March 2015 and 31 March 13 off the 14 debtors responded regarding the change off my banking details except Cell C they just deducted R1287 - 00 out of my new account and that was brought to my attention by the lady in the bank that my new account was now after 10 days in overdraft, when we investigatedv found Cell C was the culprit I did not even recieve a sms like ussual regarding the debit. Today I recieved sms,s treatinig me that all 4 my lines will be closed and that I never paid.I contacted customer care and the lady from Cell C blames the automated system I told her that there are people programming the autimated system and I even went to Cell C branch East rand mall and she confirmed that Cell C took the money and apoligise that they used my new account instead of the old account CLOSE DOWN CELL THEY ARE *****S
