Cell C is trying daily to deduct two debit orders from my 85 year old father even though he never agreed to a new contract but just wanted to extend his old one. Sales guys took advantage of the fact that he is hard of hearing. After three months of stress causing him ill health, I assisted him and they promised to cancel both agreements.
