*****ing money from good paying customers
I changed my bank account and emailed cell c for their banking details so that I can make a manual payment, no one responded, but now cell c keeps debiting from my old account putting me in a minus because of a return debit order and debi checks and this after I made an arrangement for paying Cell C double end of the month.

I am very upset. After I made a payment arrangement CellC is still trying to debit money from an empty account, I spoke to CellC on different platforms and still ypu are debiting money and it is costing me money! I now owe Standard bank over R900 because you keep trying to debit money.
I wont be able to pay cell c if this carries on. I feel this is unproffesional because no one is coming back to me regarding this issue, it has been a week now and every day Cell C tries to debit money putting me more and more in debt.
This is the 1st time that I havent paid, I have a good credit record with CellC and now Cell C is biting my ass.
If this doesnt get sorted from Cell C side and Standard Bank today, I will close my Cell C account and never recommend CellC to anyone.
