*****ing from customers and not worrying about it

I canceled my contract with them in June 2021. The contract was only R49 per month. Every month after I cancelled it the debit order still goes off. This month the debit order was R525!!!! This is *****ing !!!!! They don't answer the email I send them and this issue is just being ignored by Cell C. I don't see how anyone can do business with them. Above complanate was written more than a week ago. To date, they talked to me on this platform and send a email. I have rep**** to this email and send a few other there after with no reply. I am posting on this platform because it is the only place I a get to talk to someone from Cell C. This is also inform them that I am now going to the Police to open a case of theft and giving all this information over to the ombudsman to take this case further.

It's now been 2 weeks after I posted above complaint. They phoned to say, they will investigate and then nothing happened. I was nice enough not give them a chance to do their investigation. It been a month since the money has been taken, I have phoned and emailed them with no results. This case is now being hand over to the police as theft and to the ombudsman to take further.
