I canceled my contract with them in June 2021. The contract was only R49 per month. Every month after I cancelled it the debit order still goes off. This month the debit order was R525!!!! This is *****ing !!!!! They don't answer the email I send them and this issue is just being ignored by Cell C. I don't see how anyone can do business with them.

03 Nov 2021, 16:04I send an email to customer services on 2 June, after which they phoned me to ask if I want an upgrade or new contract. I told the guy I was talking with that I don't use or need the Cell C contract anymore(not for the last 5 years) and that is why I cancelled it.
