*****ing data from consumers

Today being the 1st November I received my monthly allocation of data 5GB + 15GB I stayed up until midnight last night as I wanted to download three files with a total of 664MB I started downloading at 11-45 as I had 200+MB left from last month and I went to bed leaving my computer to carry on with the download, I went to my computer at +/- 08-00 this morning and thought I would check my data usage as I have always suspected that companies do not record the correct data and I found that for the three files they had charged me 962.52MB data and 78.2MB day data giving a total of 1030.72, equals 366MB overcharged, I told the engineer that this is a disgrace as the public have no control telecommunication companies who can decide what the want to deduct, well I now have all the evidence to take this matter further and that is exactly what I shall do after I get the report from CellC, The public should be notified at the end of every session using data just what they have used and how much they have left, this after EVERY session (like they do when we log on to the site) so that we can watch and check just what these \******s"are doing I truly think it has been going on for a long time"""
