*****ing Data and unable to call using any time/any network minutes

Hi,

I am having a hard time understanding how Cell C monitor the service of their consultants/telemarketers. I have called them several times and when they cannot answer me they put me on hold while finding out from a manager and then hang up and send me to the service rating voice.

I have asked them that If I pay for data each month and then also took an additional data package of 50 gigs for a year, why does my 50 gigs get debited costantly if I have data that is expiring first. Surely the data expiring the soonest should be used first and not the date expiring over a year causing me to forfit data monthly.

Also Why do I have a contract where I am paying a massive amount for monthly minutes where some numbers (like my private banker) cannot be called. It says I need air time but I have over 500 anytime/all networks minutes available? They tell me to recharge but I am on contract to not need to recharge? This makes no sense? Why cannot I use my minutes? Are they saying we should cancel our contracts and get prepaid?

Good afternoon Dylan

We will get one of our data specialists to provide you with clarity on how data is charged or used.

Inclusive minutes, can not be used for calling special/premium numbers like  0800 / 0860 / 0861 such numbers are chargeable.

A team member will contact you.
