*****ing!

I used to be a customer of Cell C, as I had a contract with them. After lots of bad service and a big struggle I canceled my contract. <br> Yet a few months later they started billing my account again, I contacted them and they requested that I send them the correspondence in which I cancelled my email. I did so and they apologized, refunding me the money and assuring me that the matter was taken care of.<br> Yet a few months ago I noticed that they where once again deducting money from my account, I contacted them about the issue, they claim to have no record of the previous refund and that the original cancellation fee I payed, shows as an advance payment on there side. Once again they requested the cancellation emails that I had sent them last time. But since those emails where on my work email, and I had quit my job to go and study at the beginning of this year, I can no longer access those emails. So every time I try to contact them about the issue they just email me a new cancellation fee. I will be contacting my bank to stop those deductions.
