Stay the hell away from me
Please can you kindly stop giving out my details to debt collectors for payment of account I don't have. I refuse to be penalized for your own inadequacies. I canceled this contract in November, nothing was done, you still debited me, again in December... and you still debited me again! Now I've had to block you from accessible my account, but now I have debt collectors for R1000 for what? I have not used your network since December.

When last did I use your data? I moved to a new area, I informed you of the move, youc could not help so I cancelled the agreement since I did not owe you. I've been with the other other provider since December, how do you suppose I pay you for the service I did not receive?
