STAY FAR AWAY FROM CELL C INSURANCE

Just a follow-up on my last post!! After my last complaint a Cell c consultant phoned me almost immediately. It was agreed that the new device would be delivered to my home as my wife does not drive and the cellphone in question is hers and I am out of the country!! However now 8 weeks later after making numerous calls on ensuring it gets delivered to my home the devise has been delivered to a cell c store?? Really, how is my wife going to get the phone??? And also bearing in mind that the town where the devise was delivered is riddled with covid 19???? Why promise it will be delivered and then go back on your promise??

What is going on CELL C!!!!! Very poor service and a total lack of transparency and communication!!! and consultant Tshepo, find yourself another job, you were the only nice reasonable person I spoke to Cell c does'nt deserve you!!
