STAY CLEAR OF CellC

WARNING!!!! DO NOT OPEN A CONTRACT WITH CellC!!! they are a bunch of ****** who just takes your money and when u quary why your services has been suspended they give u the run around by transferring your call to 10 agents who don't know anything and sound damn ***********! They failed to let me know my debit hasn't gone through for my router whilst my bank messaged me that payment was received. This month they just suspended my account in less than 14 days of being in arrears I wasn't aware of and took no accountability for their negligence instead they tranffered me to almost a dozen agents who could not do their jobs because they DON'T KNOW ANYTHING, 2hours I was on the phone with them and for 1.5 hours it was on hold. My issues hasn't been resolved and they just don't care. Disgusting company and my entire family has sworn off their services. beware of those ******. #CellC
