Stay away. You will never get your contract cancelled, even if its expired and not being used. Cell c just wants to keep *****ing our money. Cancelled expired contract on 2 June. The consultant was useless, but said its cancelled, did not provide reference. Was so frustrated did not think to ask for ref. Now two months later, contract still going at double the rate(as its expired). Now consultants tell me no record of the 2 June phone call, so we asked once again CANCEL! Once again they failed at giving us an reference number, so whats gonna happen, in two months they gonna say oh no record. And keep *****ing our money...! We are overseas and its a nightmare getting rid of our EXPIRED contract. Stop sayings nice things Cell C and F@#$ing cancel it...!
