Do not expect any level of service from the staff at Cell C. They are only focused on taking your money and doing as little as possible for you once you sign with them. I app**** for an upgrade 28 December 2022 and have called then 4 times since for a status update. Ever time I've been told someone will call me back and each time it's been a lie. That they don't monitor/measure their performance is a sad indictment of their management as well.

I have been waiting since 28 December for a consultant to contact me so I am reluctant to believe this will indeed happen. I trust you understand that the service provided thus far is not deserving of continued support.
