STAY AWAY FROM CELL C ROUTER CONTRACT!!!!

I had a Cell C router that i took on contract. The contract was due to expire November this year, 2020. I phoned the call centrer in March 2020 and requested that they please stop the ontract as i will be moving to a home that has unlimited wi-fi, the agent said it could not be done i have to wait for my contract to expire in November, to which i agreed. At the end of March , the router stopped working and Cell C stopped debiting the account, so i just assumed my requests was granted. Fast foward to now, i'm getting calls from attorneys telling me Cell C has blacklisted me, if i want to clear my name i have to pay R2500.00!!! For what i asked? they can't tell me as the matter is not with Cell C anymore! I sent an email to their legal department 2 months back, to date i have not received a response!! I phoned their call center asking for a call recording , they said unfortunately the call was not recorded because i didn't use a Cell C number to call them! Cell C has listed me, messed up my credit score for something that i have no idea of!!! Worst network provider!!! Would never use them again!!!
