STAY AWAY FROM CELL C INSURANCE!!!

I have an insurance claim with Cell C insurance partner. I booked in a Tablet for repairs and once I received the quote from the Cell C repair centre, I forward it to the Cell C insurance department. I then found out that they need to investigate the claim because I did not use the sim associated to the product in the tablet (a very stupid insurance practice, I would understand if the tablet was stollen,but for a repair claim it does not make sense). I keep calling and sending emails in order to understand if my claim will be paid or not. I keep getting the same answer from the useless insurance department of Cell C, when I refer the matter to Cell C customer service I get reverted back to the insurance division. I cannot get a simple we will pay the claim or we wont pay the claim in order to move forward. I got the phone for my daughter for school and schools will open soon and for almost a month I cannot get an answer from Cell C insurance. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAD INSURANCE!!!
