STAY AWAY FROM CELL C

Cell C is the worst network provider ever. I DO NOT wish to continue doing business with them in the future. 3 months prior to my contract coming to an end, I was offered an upgrade which I declined. I still got debited even when my contract had ended. Only when I queried, I was informed that I needed to cancel the agreement not just decline the offer to upgrade.

Again now at the end of October, R250 was debited. This is apparently for an invoice which I was never told about, and which I don't understand what it is for. In a nutshell, Cell c is basically saying that I will be paying for this contract for the rest of my life. They go into my account and collect my money as they wish without saying a word to me.

I am unhappy with your service, and the consultant assigned to my query was practically useless.
