STAY AWAY FROM CELL-C DEVICE INSURANCE

Cell C device insurance is the worst I have dealt with thus far... so there was a break-in in my apartment and my phone together with other items were ****** I opened a case and reported the theft with Cell C on the 22nd of Nov I put in a claim the on the 23rd I was then told that the order was placed I kept calling doing daily follow ups and all of a sudden I was told that the order for a replacement device was only placed today ....So now I have to wait for an additional 7 days ....MY ADVICE TO ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW STAY AWAY FROM CELL C !!!! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE STRESSED AND BADLY TREATED!!!
