STAY AWAY FROM CELL C

On 26 Nov an agent phoned me and offered me a great Black Friday deal. I was due for upgrafe on both my handset as well as my data contracts. I accepted both. Till date has not received my new handset which was supposed to be deluvered within 3 to 7 working days. No communication from them whatsoever and after numerous calls and emails to their pathetic customer service, I was told they don't have stock of the handset they offered me (I did not request a spesific phone - they offered it to me) I've been a loyal client for many years but I'm at the point of cancelling my contract and going to another service provider. If this is the way they treat their existing customers, behold the poor souls who"s thinking of signing up with them. Absolutely pathetic!!!
