STAY AWAY FROM CELL C!!!!!!

I'm highly disappointed with cell c customer service or their service provider, I had a contract with cell c and decided to paid it up last year Oct/Nov and immediately requested that my account should be closed as my contract with cell c was coming to an end in November. However Cell c decide that they rather put me on sim only deal with i must pay R155 monthly and could not cancel my contract. I called with an attempt to find out why but no one can tell me why, the only respond i get is that find my request to close the account hence im now on a sim only deal. Went to their website with hope that i will get assistance, requested that they call me so they can explain, to this very day nothing is happening. why is it difficult to just cancel an agreement if nothing is owed and provide paid up latter!!!!! not very impressed with the lack of honesty when dealing with their clients.
