Stay away from Cell C at all costs

Cell is sending me from Pillar to post regarding my refund,no one is doing anything to assist me. last week I was told that the Facebook team will handle it. Today I just realised that they did nothing about it infact they don't even know what's going on with my issue. But they themselves kept on saying we are busy with it. Today boom your laptop have just been sent for repairs. Which laptop?
