Stay away from Cell C.. amazing deals but terrible customer care
My account was handed over to Nudebt which was paid up in November. Cell C is not updating their systems to show this in the mean time they have deactivated both my contracts. Cell C keeps passing the buck telling to me to speak to Nudebt. Nudebt confirms that they have proof that all their procedures were followed and sent info through to Cell C. Nudebt said they will be in breach of contract with Cell C should they send me any info directly. Please stay away from Cell C as nobody is prepared to sort this out for me.
