Stay away from cell c

Please stay away from cell c, I had so many issues with an existing contract I was forced to cancel my contract on 01 June 2020. Spoke to Ellen from retention department. I kept on being charged and again on 01 September 2020 I called to enquire as to why an I being charged when I have cancelled. I again instructed then to cancel immediately. It is 30 september and I am yet again charged but only this time double the installment.

Please whoever is thinking about using cell c, rather pay a little extra with another service provider but stay away from cell c, ****************
