Stay away from Cell C

On 25/01/2022 at 17:25 we received our new contract via email, I saw the contract term was 24 instead of 36 months On 26/01/2022 16:02 I send an email to bring this under Cell C attention, I received conformation that they received the email on 26/01/2022 16:11 with reference number *** On 31/01/2022 11:40 I send an email again to informed Cell C that the term must be 36 and not 24 months. I received conformation they received the email on 31/01/2022 11:22 with reference number *** I send messages on their twitter account on 31/01/2022 15:29 and 09/02/202215:32 and 11/01/2022 9:27 On 31/01/2022 14:18 I was on hold with Cell C for 1 hr 59 min before they cut the call. What more must I do to get feedback from Cell C ?
