It has become clear to me why Cell C has run into financial problems. Thier billing is the worst I have experienced in the industry. They listed me on the ITC a month after they failed to debit the amount we agreed on and had the guts to tell me it was thier mistake. You're warned, of your want to ruin your credit record, take up a contract with Cell C.
