Stay away

I would stay away from Cell C if I were you, when doing the deals they are great. Once you encounter an issue with their product they take months to sort it out. I took out a contract on the Mecer Guru, I had to bypass it to work, thanks to a YouTube video. Then contacted Mecer they stated I should reset the PC, I did that and there after the PC didn't work at all, it took Cell C two weeks to collect, I was advised I would get a call stating what I should send back and what not, needless to say I am still waiting for that call 3 weeks later. Two weeks later and I still have no feedback, apparently emails were sent to escalate this matter and still nothing has been done. I then requested cancellation again no one has contacted me. 6 weeks in. I have no idea what's happening with this contract, I have emailed several times and no one is responding. No to mention that they are well over priced with their contracts so maybe this was a good thing in the end.
