Status update

Good day my name is Zane in writing this as a very disappointed customer I recently asked cell c if I can make cash payments and they've said no and gave me a list of reasons and I had my own reasons why I wanted to make cash payment, I've made cash payments in December and in January cause I knew I won't have money In my account now the sad part is I normally make payments on the 25th of ever month, so for January I've made a cash payment on the 26th of January a day late and they updated my status on the credit bureau as late or arrears whice I made peace. So my problem is that it still shows as a late payment I've ask them to update my status an a guy called bongani told me it's not possible now I know it's possible all other companies can do it why not cell c its March already and it still shows that I'm arrears.

So I'm asking nice can someone please update my status please
