Statements and debit orders

VERY VERY UNHAPPY!!!<br> Since I have taken out my 3x contracts with Cell C I receive statements and I can't open them.<br> I have send emails Reff: ***& ***. I have send emails to let you know I can't open the statements bu didn't received even feedback. I send several online quires to let you know to change my debit order to the last day of every month. Last month the debit order went off again on the 28th as I ask that it must be changed. So then I took mercy in my own hands and Phones cell c on the 28/10/2015 18h54. The lady said she will changed it so will see this month then se put me to the tech department wow what an gut to tell me my computer at Work is the problem but can't explain to me that why the statements of Cell c Don't open but my other pdf attachment does. If that is the type of service I have to be fed up to for another year then I'm thinning of cancelling and to move over to another service.
