Statement that I can open and read.

Every month at the beginning of a new month I struggle to open my statements which Cellc sends to me in the beginning of a new month. I have just spoken to a lady ( Noma something) I have forgotten her name, she is ( a nguni speaking lady). I asked her if she could email me my statement is a format that I would be able to open and read, she did not. I told her several times that I am unable yo open it via Google, PDF and other wise, she refused. I am 66 years of age and technology's is not my Forte, Joe am I suppose to deal with this. My upgrade is coming now I April/May, if this is not resolved I will be moving to MTN.
