<p>I recently took on a contract with CellC and was assisted by Ms Jerminah Banda, a Direct Sales Agent based in CellC Jhb.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was very pleased with the quality of service that she provided from the very first call which was filled with humour. I sincerely appreciate her responsiveness and the way she conducts business and the way she relates with customers. She ensured that my package got delivered in time at the correct address, and she kept checking up to track the process of my order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Jerminah was extremely attentive and she listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. She also ensured that I received all the information regarding the mode of payment to the company. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would especially like to commend Ausi Jerminah for her professionalism and superlative s****s. Outstanding work perfomance needs to be noticed and commended.
