Staff Training

Please research what device you thinking of buying as the staff aren't clued up at all.. I went in looking at the Samsung Note 10 and note 10 plus and according to the staff then battery was the same the only difference was the ram, extra camera and size... so after getting to note 10 as its slightly smaller, I find out its battery is 3500mah so 800mah smaller than the note 10 plus of 4300mah. If I knew and got the correct information then I would have gotten the Note 10 plus!!! Really unhappy about this..
