Staff don't know their job

<p>I lost my sim card and went to cell c in bolders spoke to a lady and she wanted proof of my res and affidavity i told her i wont be able to get time soon to go to police station what can i do for the mean time to keep my number so i can be able to do sim swap, she told me i can buy airtime so that they will see that the number is still working then i bought airtime from her and she loaded it for me on the system i can back again after some time did the same thing. When i had all the documents to do the swim swap a male attended me and told me its not possible because i havent been using my number for quite some time , i explained to him what the lady said thats why i wasnt worried and l loaded airtime he laughed at me and said theres no such . How do you advise some one to do something thats a lie? Clearly that lady doesnt know her work. I just did what she advised me to do and i need my number back.</p>
