Staff don't even know the Product they are selling

I went into the cell c store at Westgate mall last Friday the 17 July 2015 too get free starter pack .<br> Everything went well and the guy who assisted me took my detail and handed me my free simcard after he Rica me.<br> When I got home I phone cell c regarding the free what's up and facebook.Reason I did this is that my second phone was at home so I could not do or ask the cell c guy at the store .<br> The girl I spoke too said I should save the setting and go onto the web [URL Removed] and save the facebook logo on my phone .<br> This did not work so I phone again the next day .The call centre again confirmed my phone type and other detail too assist me regarding this query .<br> Yet again the same type of answers was given and still it did not work . On Monday again I phone in and I thought I could be the type of plan .The call centre agent yet again ask about type of phone I had and said I should change from the plan I was on too the Mega bonus plan then It would work after I have logged on too [URL Removed] , but this also was un successful. I yet again phone in yesterday too the call centre where the call centre agent said its a technical things that is wrong .I got very upset reason b
