Staff compliment

I want to thank Knowledge, who is a floor manager in the cell c upgrades call centre , he assisted me with an issue I had and resolved it with no hassles. I want to commend him on great customer service and professionalism. He really is a credit to cell c. The call centre agents from customer service to accounts to upgrades I dealt with were an absolute nightmare and After 10 years with cell c and numerous contracts, I was ready to cancel all my contracts with cell c and be done with them... But because of Knowledge and his truly awesome helpfulness, he restored my faith in cell C, so Thank you Knowledge for being so fantastic and being so calm and helpful to a irate and very angry customer.
