So the consultant I just spoke too now gave me this email address which doesn't work ***.

I have never seen so much incompetence with your people. You all clearly don't know what you are doing. I cannot be waiting for a paid up letter for this long.

While on a call with the consultant I can hear the superior asking the guy why is he giving me her email address when she refused to answer the phone when I asked to be put through to them.

The level of ****ty people you guys hire is really frustrating. Why is it so hard for someone to email a ****** letter? Why am I being given the run around when the money has been paid so long ago? Why is it sti showing on my report as unpaid.

You guys are running a circus there.
