Staff don't know what they doing

I called Cell c after receiving a link with rewards ,which I didn't click..

I phoned th.and they said it was a link ant it was safe to click ,so I did and entered my card details.as per discussion with lady and she saidnits fine.

Payment didn't go thorough after trying 5 times I called and they said there's issues and a new link will be sent.

I waited and called for the 3rd and 4th time respectively and the gentelman.said he.cant confirm or dent if it was ***** or not .

I had to cancell my bank cards at a cost of 320 and I decided to cancel.all.my contracts as their staff don't know what's going on and couldnt really help.

Unfortunately your staff at the call centre said I can click on it and it's legit ,the one lady also.said that a new link will be said.

Please reffer to the call recordings as per below ,made.from *** to 084145..

Please do and question the staff that gave the incorrec info as this has cost me money and has made me cancell.my contracy after almost 15 years with CEllc .
