SSERVICE NIGHTMARE!!!

Dealing with Cell C is so frustrating. They are the worst service providers as they provide you with ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE AT ALL! I am waiting for almost 2 weeks for a simple CALL BACK regarding my query but I have received none to date!! I am the one that needs to constantly call their contact centre to request feedback regarding a case and is provided with no feedback every time! I asked to be transferred to the collections department and I end up waiting on the line for over 50mins with no one answering the call. Absolutely pathetic!!
