SR Follow up over 7 days

Hi i did an upgrade reversal for a laptop and router so i was debited R1500 this month for the upgrade reversal as Ram and Cell c couldn't find the router, i was charged a full price of the lost router, so can i have the box of the Router back

SR was logged on 28 July ref *** can i have resolution
