Spiteful Cell C

I am on a contract where I get minutes. If my minutes are up I may recharge and use the additional money. Just note that in order to have that advantage my contract is more expensive than its equivalent that does not. Yet when I recharge I cannot use the money that was uploaded. This problem occurred several times when I really need to make calls urgently. When you phone the customer service they give you terrible attitude asking you to confirm and re-confirm info like your number and ID even though they have it in front of them. Very poor service. One of the consultants had a good scare when I told him I have a recorder on my phone to record how spiteful he was.
