Spin and Win + Mega bonus

<p>Today I received mega bonus which made me very happy and to top it of I got R115 on the spin and win expiring at midnight (how convenient). The message said I could use the spin and win reward as data, tried to buy data with the money but I could not </p> <p>I called the customer car line to make see what I can do, the 1st call centre agent said "You can not buy data with the spin and win reward, you phone will automatically use the spin and win airtime as data 1st the revert to your mega bonus, and lastly use you actual data" </p> <p>OK fine I keep track of my data usage. It was still using my data. Called customer care line again, the second agent said he will set it up that my phone used the spin and win + mega bonus 1st all I had to do after call was reboot my phone. Still my phone was using my data </p> <p>Called Cell C again and this time around the guy said he will put me through to the technical team, to my surprise it was close </p> <p>I am so unhappy at this point with Cell C's service and I ported to them thinking they will offer better service, this will be my second unresolved query.</p> <p>I don't know whether to say their call centre has the worst agents or its just Cell C failing me as a loyal customer</p> <p>I will be leaving Cell C and taking my number and I will never suggest anyone joins this network</p>
