SPI***

So last week a got a call from cell c for a contract i get an sms to say that i have been approved for the Samsung<br> J5 the lady who is .S Dhlamini said that it would take 10 working days for my phone to be delivered . Last week the guy came to drop of my sim card but no phone so i called the lady and she said that i must sent 3 months bank statements after i got the sms to say that i have been approved for the so today i sent the bank statements with in min i get an sms to say that i have been denied the phone . so how does this work the lady does not get bank to me as to what is happening can i please have some feed back before they debit my account for something i dont have . i dont think that the service i got is very professional
