Speechless!!

On 15 December 2021, I paid up my Cell C fibre account of R4964. I tried to apply for vehicle finance in April 2023 and got declined by the banks due to non payment of my Cell C fibre account. I call Cell C fibre, got through to the call centre where the lady confirmed that the amount due on my Cell C fibre account was R0.00 but yet Cell C has listed me on ITC for non payment. I was told that I will receive my paid up letter from Cell C head office within 72 hours....this was about 3 weeks ago!!

Is there anyone at Cell C that can assist with this problem because calling a call centre gets you absolutely nowhere!!!!!!!!!!!

I expect a response from Cell C as I can not apply for vehicle finance due to Cell C not updating payments from their side!!!
