Specials on discontinued items

So i go to gateway cell c to check my upgrade and to get the Huawei T1 7\ tablet. The guy does not bother to look, tells me its out of stock everywhere and discontinued. Then i go to cell c bluff on monday 1 February 2016, new month new specials. Guess what 2 Huawei T1 7\" tablets and a P8 is on special??!! But its suppose to be discontinued and out of stock???!! So i chose to get another upgrade of just 1 Huawei T1 tablet, the bluff branch managed to find one at the Balito branch. Sadly 3 days later and still no tablet?? 3 days from balito to bluff???!!!!??? Why advertise specials if discontinued and no stock available from day 1 or rather days before the special even run or start?? V"
