Special calls???

I got a Cell C contract recently, big enough to meet my work needs of calling a lot and using a lot of data. I chose the Pinnacle 1000 contract with the iPhone 7 Plus device.

I only later learnt, after not being able to call my work Head Office, that share call numbers are what Cell C defines as Premium rated calls and that these are not included for use of the included minutes on the contract and that they are billed seperately.

I went and looked at the contract signed by myself and nowhere is provision made for defining a special call or premium rated call.

The same was also NOT explained to myself upon taking the contract, by the sales representative.

No information is given in the contract nor in the terms and conditions pertaining to my contract as to what a special call or premium retad call is and i now sit with the prospects of paying the already high but acceptable R1099 per month for my contract, but then adding all of my work calls to my head office and to clients all working for big companies, making use of share call numbers.

This is absolutely absurd.

Then the lady in the call centre claims that everything is stated in the contract, but then she cannot show me where a special call is defined or explains, because is IS NOT!
