Speaking to the right person changes everything, Thank you Sean Katoor

Hello to Whomever may read this

Well I wouldn’t know where to begin as its been a three week ordeal to say the least. Empty and broken promises and so on.

So today my call to Cell C was actually to cancel both my contracts and move one to Telkom and another to MTN as I was simply sick of Cell C’s poor service, two managers whom promised to call me back within 90min(still hasn’t happened), poor understanding of the humans involved and or neglecting to visualise that its not just R1399.00pm but actually R33576.00 over 24 months which is a substantial amount of money for me…..

This is where it all changed 360 from **** poor to be frank to absolutely awesome when I was transferred to the retentions(Cancellation) department and was aligned to a Mr Sean Sakoor ……. This gentleman is flat out the most knowledgeable consultant I have ever dealt with. Sean Katoor was in fact so knowledgeable that he turned my data contract of R199.00 for 3gb to R199.00 for 10gbs….. Like wow. That’s a change by anyone’s standards and that’s because he knew all his products unequivocally better than the rest. So well so that I will be staying with cell C thanks to this Gentleman Sean Katoor alone and his supporting manager Ellon.

Ellon it has been great dealing with Sean 100/100!! In approx. 24 months from now, Sean will solely be the cause of generating around R38352.00 from one customer alone……. That’s great business
