Spamming clients with autocalls
Since last week Cell C has started using autocalls to spam clients about lotto. Remove this now as this is spam! You already spam Cell C numbers with several messages each day about *******, now this too?! Shame on you!!! What a pathetic excuse for a service provider you have become. You will rather waste money on spamming clients and outdated, **********ic beauty pageants, than do right by your customers.

05 Feb 2021, 18:32Pathetic response!!! You are infringing your clients' right to privacy especially with something as trivial and immoral as gambling. How much does Cell C make out of this?

Please note that the SIM card is active. You need an inactive SIM card (It should not be active or have a number allocated to it. If it is not RICA registered, it will not have a number).
We have responded to your email. We will wait to hear from you,

15 Feb 2021, 15:46You can purchase a non-registered SIM card at your nearest Cell C store or any retail store.
Once you have it send us an email with the RICA serial number + an alternative number we can contact you on for assistance.
